ネット上で見かける「ぶっちゃけ○○○○」という文章で、本当にぶっちゃけている発言を見たことがない。
（本来なら口にすることが憚れるような）思っていることや知っていることなどを包み隠さず、端的に言ってしまうこと。
最近では「ここだけの話」とか「言ってしまえば」「要するに」のような軽い感じで使われる。
